Trash of the Count’s Family is easily in my top 3 fantasy novels.
One of the biggest issues I’ve found with the fantasy genre is how unbalanced some stories are. You’ll get this massive world with great lore, but barely any memorable characters. Or you’ll get a huge cast, but most of them feel flat or underused.But Trash of the Count’s Family? It nails everything.It gives you a huge world (actually, multiple worlds), amazing world-building, and on top of that, a ton of characters who are all well-written, distinct, and genuinely fun to follow. There’s solid backstory, well-paced progression, and a perfect mix of serious moments and humor.
For me, it’s basically the ideal classic fantasy novel—but with a modern, entertaining twist.
Trash of the Count’s Family is about a guy named Cale Henituse who suddenly wakes up inside a fantasy novel—but here’s the twist: he’s not the hero or a main character. He’s actually the “trash” of the noble family, the one everyone looks down on. Instead of trying to be a typical hero, Cale just wants to live comfortably and avoid trouble.But of course, things don’t go as planned. Despite trying to lay low, he ends up getting involved in all sorts of crazy adventures, making powerful friends, fighting dangerous enemies, and uncovering secrets that could change the whole world.It’s a fun mix of comedy, action, and some heartfelt moments, with Cale’s witty and laid-back personality making the story super entertaining. If you like stories where the main character is clever and doesn’t follow the usual “heroic” path, this one’s definitely worth a read!

Tensura is undoubtedly one of the best isekai(another world) novels out there,if you want experience very well paced kingdom bulding,a protagonist that grows strong ,and badass action then tensura is the perfect fit for you. here our prtagonist builds a literal army!,with huge war arcs,and intense action with just the perfect amount of comedy makes this a masterpice.
Tensura is extremly popular and has manga as well as anime adaptations.Once you start it,you will be hooked.
